Smart Move – Plan to Lose Weight

You MUST plan ahead if you want to lose weight.  You now need to find the time to exercise, especially if you “didn’t have time” before.

Using a time map (like a timetable) is a great way to plan ahead for exercising.  Fill in the details of what you do each day and work out what times you will be able to exercise.

If you want to lose weight you will come across obstacles - that’s just what happens.  If you’re prepared for them, you will be able to overcome them – if you remain focused on your weight loss goal.

Once you have established a weight loss goal and you’ve worked out how you are going to lose weight, it is time to work out how you will deal with potential obstacles.  What will you do to overcome them?

Losing weight is difficult at the best of times, but if you feel like you’re not getting anywhere, then chances are high you will give up. 

Losing weight is an endless struggle for many.   Everyone wants to lose weight fast, but in reality, it just doesn’t happen that way. 

Losing weight should be a gradual process (if you want to do it the healthy way that is!), but there is a way to make things seem a little quicker (it’s all in the mind!).

I find it always works well to break your weight loss goal into smaller “chunks”.

This not only gives you little “mini” goals to achieve but it helps you to build momentum too.
